Great seaside location: The house was located on the North side of the city, just a short walk to the beach. This was perfect for enjoying the sun and sand during our city break. Spacious and well-equipped: The house was a good size and had enough space for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Technology issues: We experienced some difficulty with the TV and heating. The signal failed and we couldn't get the heating to work again, despite following the instructions.

The house was also well equipped, with plenty of towels and even bean bags and books for the kids. We especially appreciated the privacy of the enclosed garden and the friendly visits from a neighborhood cat. Despite being just off the main road, we were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was. Communication with the owners was excellent, and any questions we had were promptly answered. staying at Bays Villa was like being in a home away from home. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic time at Bays Villa, it felt like home away from home. The location was perfect, with plenty of parking available. The house was clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a brilliant stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen and dining room were well-stocked. The bathroom with a walk-in shower was a highlight and the downstairs toilet was a bonus. We loved the seaside themed accessories and enjoyed spending time in the practical garden. We were also happy to find a Tesco Express and a brilliant chippy within walking distance. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Bays Villa to others.

Although the shower tray was quite slippery, this could easily be remedied with the addition of a non-slip mat. Additionally, there were some minor issues with the cleanliness of some crockery, cutlery, and pans.
